I like absolutely everything about Diament Plaza. Staff at the reception is truly nice and attentive to detail. I received a call prior to my arrival to confirm my stay . I felt like i was an awaited guest even before my arrival :) The hotel facilities and the location are great. Most of all i liked the bed - super comfortable mattress for a good night sleep. I had a superior room that was really specious. Unexpectedly big ))) Possibly more than i needed for my 1 night stay but i would really recommend it for a longer stay visitor. Bathroom is also very specious and contemporary. The hotel provides basic toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner etc,. Diament is a great hotel with a beautiful decor , great and helpful staff and very convenient location..

The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to the city center and major attractions. The on-site restaurant served delicious food, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Katowice!

Our room faced the courtyard which meant that it was super quiet and cozy. Also really liked the overall modern design and the water cooler on our floor was a very welcome little perk (we always drink loads of water and it’s awesome to not have to rely on bottled water or room service).

Superb breakfast - a lot of options of everything: fish, sausages, fruits, coffee, bakery, muesli, etc. Great location - 4 mins walk to the main train station and Galleria Katowice, as well as it is located at the beginning of the walk street fully packed with restaurants and people.
